National Pecan Sandies Day: More
Tomorrow's food holiday will be:
'National Pecan Sandies Day',
[The Hankster says] And a tall, cold glass of milk. A shortbread cookie for those times, you feel like a nut.
Tomorrow is 'National Pink Day'. Just enjoy everything pink. Not related to any charity.
[The Hankster says] OK, by popular demand, I will not make any of a vast number of pink cliche's, that are available. Come on, Just one. I hope everyone is in the pink for tomorrow.
Following right along. Tomorrow is 'Pink Flamingo Day'.
[The Hankster says] The only conservation movement here, is to find and proudly place those old lawn ornaments in place. As a kid I mowed lawns. I had one lawn that I didn't like since it had two pink flamingo's on wire legs. I had to remove them,
and them replace them later, hopefully in the same place. A lot of work for a fee of 75 cents to mow the entire property. Of, course, soda was 10 cents and a candy bar was 5 cents.
It will be 'Let It Go Day' tomorrow. Release those negative feelings concerning past events.
[The Hankster says] This is the third day of this kind we have had this month. Perhaps, it being the middle of the year, everyone just needs some renewing time.
For all you sailors. Tomorrow is 'Boothbay Harbor 53rd Anniversary Windjammer Days Festival'. In Maine The festival is June 21-27. Ships arrive June 23. Full sail June 24.
