[The Hankster says] The ones I've seen are made from noodles, eggs and cheese, and baked in a ring mold. Then comes the best part, Deciding what to put in the hole in the middle. Someone, inventive, could most likely make it look like a Christmas wreath. Here is an idea. Put it on a pizza (the platter) and put Lasagna in the hole in the middle.
